Contingent Placement

We place candidates for direct employment with your company. As part of this service we recruit, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews for a fee based on a percentage of the candidate's first year base salary. You pay nothing until a successful hire has been made.


We will act as your "in-house" recruiter. We agree on an earned fee prior to the search. We require 50% of the fee to start recruiting and the remaining 50% at the end of 30 days. Here the fee is based on the search rather than the hire. The RPO fee is typically much lower than a contingent fee.
